Post 16 alternative education

We offer post 16 alternative education provision for young people up to the age of 25 years with an EHC plan. 

The goal is to prepare them for their future pathways and transition planning for whatever comes next.

Our support is always bespoke to the needs of the individual, but post 16 support usually involves one or more of the following:

Our support is delivered by a range of specialist SEND staff including tutors, wellbeing practitioners and specialist services.

Post 16 alternative provision 

Young people can access full or part time education through our bespoke programmes that are child centred and designed to meet individual needs. 

These programmes are often suitable for those who would find attending a large sixth form or college would not suit their needs and offers a variety of delivery styles and locations.

Support for 19-25 year olds

Young people up to the age of 25 with an EHC plan can also benefit from our support. This is suitable for those with SEND and SEMH needs who require personal development support including; independent skills, employability and mentoring.

Not in education, employment or training (NEET)

The support that we offer is only suitable for young people with an EHC plan. All referrals must be via professionals such as case workers or school staff. We are unable to take referrals direct from parents or carers.
