Any job offer will be conditional upon the successful completion of all necessary background checks, including an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check with a barred list check, where appropriate.

We will check employment history and seek clarification for any gaps or discrepancies.

At least two satisfactory references will be required. For roles involving work with children, we will request references specifically about the candidate’s suitability to work with children.

Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a self-disclosure form to declare any relevant criminal history or disciplinary matters. For shortlisted candidates, we may conduct online searches to identify any relevant information that is publicly available.
