Who we work with
We continue to change lives by working in partnership with parents, families and professional support organisations including local authorities, schools and healthcare providers.
local authorities and healthcare providers
We accept referrals from council departments including SEND teams, children’s services, NEET teams and virtual schools. We also accept referrals from NHS and other health and social care providers.
We are on alternative provision frameworks for local authorities in the Midlands and southern counties and are open to extending our provision to meet needs in other regions. If you’d like to find out more about our support, get in touch.

Schools, academies and colleges
We work in partnership with local education providers including primary and secondary schools, virtual schools, academies and colleges. We work closely with teachers, head teachers, SEND coordinators, pastoral teams and other colleagues who can refer pupils directly to us.

parents and families
We do not accept referrals directly from parents, but we can offer advice and guidance. If your child needs support, please contact us.
If your child has already been referred for our support, you might have some questions about what that will look like. Take a look at our services pages for more information about the support we offer.
Children and young people
We support children and young people aged 4-25, and develop bespoke packages to meet the needs and interests of every individual. Our goal is to re-engage young people with learning in a way that works for them.
We support children and young people who have SEND challenges or social, emotional and mental health conditions. This might include conditions such as:
- Neurodiversity
- ADHD
- Autism
- Pathological demand avoidance (PDA)
- Anxiety
- Trauma
- Depression
- Insecure attachment
